Liked: Nothing everything was an inconvenience.
Disliked: Check In. 1st room (116) was very small and smelled really bad. 2nd room (118) it smelled really bad like the first room. It smelt like raw fish and seafood. I’m allergic to seafood, my throat instantly started itching. Plugs didn’t work. 3nd room (213) had a little smell as well. The tv didn’t work and couldn’t program it. Maintenance wasn’t available. I asked for sheets because both beds were stained. Shower was dirty and curtains stained. I left for a few hours when I returned the beds were still the same. When I went to the front desk later to ask for some was told none were available, also housekeeping wasn’t available. Receptionist gave one dirty fitted sheet. This experience was a complete disaster and inconvenience I was expected to attend as event and the room’s disappointment delayed the arrival for an event. I have driven hundreds of miles to get here. The pictures and actual model didn’t match expectations. This experience was 0/5 stars. I would like a refund.
