Baymont by Wyndham Grand Rapids Airport

Would recommend not allowing dogs to be in rooms where others can hear them bark. Especially after 11pm..

Cheap option with paid airport...

Liked: Price and location. The staff was very polite and helpful.
Disliked: Extra charge for airport ride, $15. The Shower was noisy.

Disappointing

Disliked: It was a "cheap" hotel. Didnt have to worry about bedbugs or serial killers, but short of that was kind of dumpy. My wife and I picked it last minute, as we werent planning on staying in town. So it worked. If i was planning a stay, i would have been more upset about our stay.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was very helpful and she easily moved our room from the 3rd floor to the first floor with no fuss. Great customer service!
Disliked: Elevator was broke, but she made accommodations for our stay.
