Disliked: No elevator, outdated property and service

Liked: The location was great and hotel looked like it was taken care of which is why I chose this hotel. The pool was nice and was clean.
Disliked: There was dog shit in my room and when I told front desk they looked concerned but never offered a refund or even a little money back.

Disliked: Bathroom light was going in and out, strobe effect not staying on. Went to front desk about 8 pm lady behind counter stated no one was there to look at the problem was very hesitant to make a decision on what to do. Went and got the man from housekeeping to replace bulbs as we were walking down the hallway he was telling me it is not a front desk issue but a maintenance problem. Well you start with the front desk and they can direct from there . He was giving me hard time about this I AM THE CUSTOMER! He did take light cover off but the light was an LED type no bulbs. Could not do anything about it did not like the fact his shorts were down about his thighs though not professional. She did put us in another room although she first told me there were no more rooms available for us to go to. Will not stay again Eric the manager did sate he will look into the matter also the door knob to the bathroom was very loose as well and the air conditioner cme off when we adjusted the temp.

Adequate for short stay and...

Liked: Pool and hot tub area were nice with an outdoor area also. Breakfast was fine with a pancake machine, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurts, bread choices, donuts, belvita snack packs, coffee, juices, etc.
Disliked: Place the animal relief section in the grass area closer to the west side of the parking lot by the highway and not right next to the hotel parking and pool outdoor area.
