Liked: The shower and bed was amazing and comfortable
Disliked: Lack of maintenance for sure. I hope someone in the management looks at the property. We stayed there in Goodlettsville 4/17 to 4/20 2025. There was a construction crew replacing the stairs and did an un safe replacement. Welds to the frame , bolts not installed right.Steps are not up to safety standards for sure. This will keep us from coming back to this hotel. You'd want your customers to be safe and that is not. I forgot to take pictures of the stairs but i did report it to the morning management and i took her out to see it. Heres my name ted filley i booked room 203, 204. 574 933 1781

Liked: Being close to all the restaurants and gas station
Disliked: There was no cover and the ice machine didn't work and it didn't look clean and no coffee pot and they wasn't really friendly and it's need to be updated and the couch seems broken

Liked: I liked how friendly the front desk person was when I first got there. Explained all the details well. The area was safe and peaceful. It is also central to many shops and stores that you might need. I liked that breakfast was included (I didn't know from the booking)
Disliked: One towel I picked up had an old stain on it. There is no central light to brighten up the room, only lamps. The soap dispenser was usable but a bit wobbly broken. Breakfast options are very limited.
