Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The Front Desk staff was very unprofessional. No cars on the property and no clean rooms? 30 min till 3 had no clean rooms nor any disability rooms available I reserved online and paid in full. The man had a horrible racist attitude towards me. I was the customer who needed a room 30 minutes before check-in and he wouldn't even check me in. Indian men are so disrespectful towards women. It was a horrible experience. I would never recommend that place. He raised his voice at me I felt very threatened by him.

Liked: The breakfast bar was puny and the equipment was broken.
Disliked: There was mold all over the floor and up the wall behind the beds. Staff took our towels to wash and didn’t replace them. I had to go to the front and ask for towels. The lady at the desk was rude, laughed at me for being frustrated and then gave me super stinky towels!

My room was clean and...

Liked: The property was convenient to the location where I needed to be. The room was nicely updated and clean. The cleaning staff were nice with smiles and did a great job! For the short amount of time in my room, it was comfortable.
Disliked: The continental breakfast lacked. I am not a fan of instant coffee. I did eat the yogurt and used the coffee maker in the room.

Bad

Disliked: The hotel was a really bad choice. I would never stay at a Baymont again. The woman at the front desk was rude and very unprofessional. We drove 6.5 hours to get there and was an hour early and was tired  and could not check in. And then the people above us sounded like they were running around and asked the office  to talk to them, and they said they couldn't tell which room it was so they couldn't do anything.
