Horrible

Liked: The breakfast was terrible. No meat no eggs no fruit. We landed up eating elsewhere both days because it was so bad.
Disliked: The pool was closed for repairs our entire stay?? What nonsense. Don't advertise breakfast and pool when it is not available.

Liked: Familiar, knew the area, knew the hotel
Disliked: The landscaping, it looked really rundown since the last time I stayed. I honestly thought I chose the wrong hotel. Not really much variety for breakfast. Was out of a lot of stuff. Water pressure in the shower sucked.

Disliked: The exterior head overgrown vegetation and paint was feeling from the exterior of the building

Stressful

Liked: The morning and night staff and thr lobby was nice.
Disliked: The building is old true. But the 1st impression is overgrown grass and landscaping then peeling paint. Cigarette butt's outside were old Benches not safe to sit on. Side doors on each end of hotel didn't work. Automatic door to lobby broken. I requesting a 1st floor room because my child is autistic and noisy. Within 1 hour there was a noise complaint so we were moved to a new room on the 2nd floor. My reservations were made a week in advance. The new room hadn't been used in awhile. It was very dusty. Safety door lock was broken. TV was old and outdated and didn't work good. Behind nightstands was very dusty. Beside fridge floors were dusty. No screens on windows for safety. We took turns sleeping until my husband found an old phone line in our car and tied them together. Cutain was broken. Table/desk was broken and propped on another table. Breakfast was very very basic compared to similar hotels.

Poor

Liked: The only enjoyable thing about our stay was a comfortable bed & clean shower.
Disliked: When we arrived, our room had no electricity in the outlets or bathroom. Only the lamps worked. Within minutes they were quick to get us a new room. Around 10 pm we were going to bed & the room above us was making loud noises. After half an hour, I called the front desk and the lady said she'd handle it. After another hour of listening to it off & on, I called again & got a different staff member who wasn't made aware of the issue when he took over for the night. It was now midnight, and we'd been listening to it for 2 hours. He was kind enough to get it handled & issue taken care of within half an hour. Breakfast was disgusting. Runny watery scrambled eggs. The waffle maker had to of just been cleaned or something, our waffle tasted like some sort of bleach cleaner with batter mix. GROSS. Milk was luke warm, juices were cold. Breakfast was not enjoyable, we paid for breakfast somewhere else. The price for our room was NOT worth it. I do not recommend this hotel!

This place needs a facelift...

Disliked: I knew the minute I pulled into parking lot that I made a mistake booking there ! Weeds everywhere and grass wasn’t cut .. paint peeling off the building! Looking at the building the curtains in every window were disheveled.. walked in ..the lobby wasn’t too bad , but got to room opened the door and could smell overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke .. it’s supposed to no smoking room .. the room was outdated and dirty ! I tried to change my room , but woman at desk said the place was booked up and I was staying for two nights and so I asked to change the room for the second night and she said I couldn’t do that either ! It was a lesson learned for sure ! I never had a bad experience with a Baymont hotel ever and that’s why I booked there .. but this was the most disappointing stay I have ever had !!

Disliked: Tv remote broke, ice maker 2nd foor broke. Staff mostly not available.

Will spend the extra money...

Liked: Looks run down, I honestly thought it was closed when I pulled up. Not inviting and very out dated
Disliked: Looks as if it hasn’t been updated since the 99s. Charged me 100$ hold as most hotels do but honestly should have paid me to stay there.
