Bad

Disappointed at lack of upkeep....

Liked: Breakfast was good but limited offerings compared to previous years.
Disliked: Peeling paint exterior, dirty carpets stairway and common areas and worn and ripped curtains in room

Fix a few things.

Liked: No good.very cheap quit useing covid as a excuse not to serve meats at breakfast.

A disappointing stay and I...

Liked: The employees were very nice and seemed apologetic.
Disliked: My very first room we got was still dirty. It had condoms open and trash everywhere. The serving room was cleaner, I did wipe down the surfaces, but the air conditioner wouldn’t work fully. Half of it was out. After explaining that I sweat very badly they offered a different room. As soon as I walked in to that room it felt amazing. As I looked around I saw it was still dirty from the previous occupants; used bed, full trash, and dirty bathroom. All from that point I gave up. I gave the keys back and said never mind. I start searching up different hotels when the manager offered me a different room. I had the king suite that I had paid for. It can with a pull out couch. We got moved to a room with two beds, but they were queen beds. I feel that was a rip off. We moved into that room and the ac was just like the other one. I didn’t complain because I was tired of this hotel already. The pool! My children went into the pool one time. I don’t think they ever clean in that pool room. The water was super cloudy and the first night there was a handful of hair on the ground between the seats and the pool. That deterred me from using the pool. We didn’t use it Wednesday but Thursday night we were going to and I saw the handful of hair in the same spot. We immediately left and found a different pool.

Disliked: Daughter got bit by a bed bug! The place was dilapidated and filthy. We left after an hour.

An ok stop. Was impressed...

Liked: A quick late stop during our drive. Pretty, clean and reasonably comfortable. Nice room.
Disliked: Mattress not so nice.

Horrible

Liked: The breakfast was terrible. No meat no eggs no fruit. We landed up eating elsewhere both days because it was so bad.
Disliked: The pool was closed for repairs our entire stay?? What nonsense. Don't advertise breakfast and pool when it is not available.

Liked: Familiar, knew the area, knew the hotel
Disliked: The landscaping, it looked really rundown since the last time I stayed. I honestly thought I chose the wrong hotel. Not really much variety for breakfast. Was out of a lot of stuff. Water pressure in the shower sucked.
