Liked: Breakfast was gone by 8am....

No hot water

Disliked: No hot water. Had to call 3 times to front office. Someone finally came at 930 am when check out was 11. Finally told us we could use another room once it was cleaned. Flushing of the toilet was sooo loud.

Bad

Liked: The breakfast was okay. The rooms were pretty nice.
Disliked: There was no hot water and I had somewhere important to be, I went to the office and said there was no hot water and they told me to wait and they would send someone down. This was 2-3 hours before checkout. No one ever came down to check the water and was banging on the door saying it was time to checkout! I had to take a cold shower and get ready in minutes. This ruined my whole experience at this place. Otherwise it was a good hotel.

NEVER STAY IN ROOM 219!

Liked: I chose pay at property when room was booked, i used a credit card to hold room. Arrived to check in and tried to use my bank debit card to pay and was told original card was already charged at 12:00pm even though check in is at 3:00pm and that nothing could be done. I then went to check out room and found sheets were dirty with crumbs and dirt on bed. Then went into bathroom and found black mold all over ceiling and peeling paint and dirty floors and room smelled musty and damp. Room was hot and thermostat set at 73, tried to turn down temp only to find buttons are broken and can’t be turned down. Contacted front desk and was told i could not change rooms because all were full and ac could not be repaired because no one on site to work on it. I then asked for refund and was told they don’t have authority to do that but would ask manager who did nothing . Would not recommend hotel, not clean or safe.

Liked: Building and room was clean but very dated. No elevator only stairs
