VERY PLEASED!

Liked: Convenient location. Worth the money. Clean. We did a late night check-in through Booking.com and it was very easy. We called early in the morning and requested a late checkout time and it was granted and we were not ever bothered. We did pay a cash deposit and received all of it back immediately when checking out. The staff was great. I highly recommend and will be staying again myself.
Disliked: I like it all.

Friendly and quiet spot near...

Liked: I stay in the area a couple times a year and I choose this place every time. It’s very quiet and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been extremely warm, kind, and accommodating. Bathrooms are nice and clean. For a hotel in this price range in a small town off the highway, you really couldn’t ask for more.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD...

Liked: It wasn’t filthy.
Disliked: My husband and I booked this room for my mother in law and brother in law (who is handicapped/disabled) who came down for Easter weekend. I reserved a handicap accessible room with 2 beds. My husband and I drove up there to check in for them since the room was under my name. I asked the receptionist to confirm it was a wheelchair/handicap accessible room, she says yeah we’re putting you on the 2nd floor. 1st red flag- no elevators and 2nd floor is wheelchair accessible?!? I’ll give her credit she fixed that right away. The housekeepers were cleaning the room so I didn’t get to look at it and see how accessible it was (not very) before my mother in law brought my brother in law there and honestly that’s on me I should’ve known better. Then we get to the $100 cash deposit that was not mentioned ANYWHERE on their website or bookings. Making this less than 8 hour stay now a $200 expense. I don’t carry cash and asked her if they had an ATM or if I could put the deposit on my card. No ATM and points me to the gas station. Ok back with $100 cash. I ask her why this wasn’t listed anywhere, oh that’s because booking left it out, what’s the deposit for? Oh a lot of guests have been sneaking in pets and they are not pet friendly. Ok understand, my mother in law can come and collect the refundable deposit at check out? Yes ma’am I’ll write cash deposit $100 on the receipt when she checks out we’ll give it to her no worries. There’s no issues with her receiving it since it’s under my name? No ma’am everything my counterparts will need to know is written on the receipt! Ok great. Fast forward the next morning at check out my mother in law calls me. They said you don’t get a refund, EXCUSE ME?! yeah he doesn’t know what you’re talking about! I said did you give him the receipt she says yes he said the girl before him didn’t say a word about it. I tell her don’t leave and I call the facility.

Superb

Liked: Just a hotel, had breakfast. Nothing fancy or special. Did have an outdoor pool we did not use.
Disliked: Whe we got there, there were hardly any rooms available, so it seemed sketchy. We heard traffic from the highway. And found out the town has high crime rate. But to our surprise we slept good and all was well. Had a little dust not bad.
