Parking lot not plowed well - very icy. Sidewalks were the same way.

Liked: The price.
Disliked: Door was not fitting well - you could see around the door and into the room.

Liked: How easy it was to book the room
Disliked: The room had bed bugs ,I killed one and took pictures of the bit and where I killed the bug on the bed and am being told they have to investigate before I may not even get a refund 135 dollars .the manager asked me 2 times if I was bringing an animal so I feel like he knew there were bugs in the room because they said they would have to call the insect people to investigate before they would consider a refund

Liked: There were maintenance issue that appear to be ignored

Great value, clean comfortable room...

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Also appreciated that it was pet friendly.
Disliked: Better choices for breakfast. The lobby area had an odd smell-almost like an air freshener smell? Did not notice it in the room though.

Disliked: Few things in our room were broken
