Parking lot not plowed well - very icy. Sidewalks were the same way.

Disliked: Door was not fitting well - you could see around the door and into the room.

Disliked: Very hard to find at night it was tucked back off the road covered by trees, it appeared like the GPS was sending us on a goose chase.

Horrible place.

Disliked: Do not suggest staying here!! The room I stayed in was 203 and it has bed bugs. I woke up covered in bites and the hotel staff and manager was very rude to me about it. Basically told me I was lieing and planted the bed bug there. Also refused to give me my refund for my stay. He said they have monthly inspections which is weird to me. No place should have to have monthly inspections unless there are known problems. He pulled out the box of inspections and it was full which made it pretty obvious to me that they have ongoing issues. Probably not just bed bugs as I have seen other reviews stating they found roaches during their stay. I truly can't believe this is how they treat customers. Accusing people of scamming them just because they dont want to compensate them for a refund. They are the ones scamming people.

Good but frustrating TV setup

Liked: Outlets in the lamp on nightstand was great for phone charging. Room was quiet and thick curtains kept it very dark after sunrise.
Disliked: Fridge was on coldest setting so it froze my sodas and burst one of the cans. TV remote was very confusing and found it impossible to get a main channel listing. Only found an alphabetical channel list with no search option, so I gave up after scrolling through the first 100+ items and just played podcasts from my phone on the nightstand before sleeping.

Our room was bad but...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room was not updated - we were told the first floor had been remodeled. We didn't have mysterious stains like our kids' room, but the bathroom was disgusting - could not risk a shower - the pillows were very small and flat and the mattress was lumpy.

We left and went to...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The room was unsanitary. There were mysterious stains on the furniture, carpet, bed. The bathroom shower was disgusting. We were taken to another room that was just as bad.
