Parking lot not plowed well - very icy. Sidewalks were the same way.

Liked: The price.
Disliked: Door was not fitting well - you could see around the door and into the room.

Liked: Breakfast, customers service was great.outside and lobby very clean.
Disliked: Rooms not as clean as the pictures show. Did not get our room cleaned daily. Had to ask for fresh towels. Very old furniture, bed was hard and pillow worn, but not worn out. Gaps in doorways very noticeable and you can hear the next room and hallways clearly. Outside construction and freeway traffic noticeable.

Disliked: Very hard to find at night it was tucked back off the road covered by trees, it appeared like the GPS was sending us on a goose chase.

Horrible place.

Disliked: Do not suggest staying here!! The room I stayed in was 203 and it has bed bugs. I woke up covered in bites and the hotel staff and manager was very rude to me about it. Basically told me I was lieing and planted the bed bug there. Also refused to give me my refund for my stay. He said they have monthly inspections which is weird to me. No place should have to have monthly inspections unless there are known problems. He pulled out the box of inspections and it was full which made it pretty obvious to me that they have ongoing issues. Probably not just bed bugs as I have seen other reviews stating they found roaches during their stay. I truly can't believe this is how they treat customers. Accusing people of scamming them just because they dont want to compensate them for a refund. They are the ones scamming people.
