Disliked: Asked the front desk for more bath tiles they had no clean tiles. Also, the air conditioner was super loud couldn't sleep with it on. Their pool was closed and doesn't open till mid-June. There's nothing in their posting that speaks to the pool being closed. The kids were very disappointed about the pool being closed had we known we would have stayed somewhere else. To many issues for the money we spent at this place.

Disliked: Tv remote was broke, blow dryer was broke, no towels or anything. Staff was rude and took an hour and half to respond to the bell just terrible run hotel

Liked: Good water pressure and location friendly front desk
Disliked: Dated, baseboards are old and dirty. Walls have different paint in the shower so must have had issues.floors dirty. A large group came to stay and they had. No towels. They were the cheap towels that were smaller and rough. . We called and were told they were out of towels 2 days in a row. Glad I always bring one. I didn't realize Baymont had gone hill so bad.
