Baymont by Wyndham Flint Airport North

Overall a horrible stay; beds were hard; desk staff were very rude. Asked about the pool and was told it would be open when they ordered water, but I was welcome to dive in.

Liked: Breakfast was great; the gentleman who made breakfast made sure everyone was happy.
Disliked: Rude customer service; dirty rooms.

The hotel was clean and very well priced. The room didn't have towels and the staff seemed to be put out when I asked for some. Location was very good for the Renfest.

Liked: Value.
Disliked: No towels.

Disliked: The hotel was disgusting...things were broken there's no "breakfast" unless you wanted coffee, fruit, a waffle, or juice the i guess they have breakfast for you....

Disliked: Not clean, moldy, lazy workers.

Horrible

Disliked: The room was dirty , no door on the bathroom , bedding was dirty , pillows were dirty … the floor wasn’t cleaned and neither was the bathroom tub.

Need cleaning

Liked: The bed was comfortable and pool
Disliked: The bugs the smell things was dirty I took pictures no hot breakfast as advertised spider's on web in my room nails sticky out the side carpet
