Overall a horrible stay; beds were hard; desk staff were very rude. Asked about the pool and was told it would be open when they ordered water, but I was welcome to dive in.

Liked: Breakfast was great; the gentleman who made breakfast made sure everyone was happy.
Disliked: Rude customer service; dirty rooms.

The hotel was clean and very well priced. The room didn't have towels and the staff seemed to be put out when I asked for some. Location was very good for the Renfest.

Liked: Value.
Disliked: No towels.

my complaints and he said...

Liked: Nothing. If I could give this hotel a "0" I would.i
Disliked: Where do I begin? To start with, when I checked in at the front desk, I was given a room on the second floor, although I requested in writing a first floor room; I thought OK, I'll let this slide since I can just use the elevator. After walking all the way to the end of the hotel, I never found the elevator. There was an employee cleaning a room, so I asked him where the elevator was, and he said : "There isn't one, you have to use the stairs". What! I drag my bags up the stairs and what do I see? My room door was wide open and filthy and unclean. When I tried to call the front desk, no one answered. I walked back to the front desk, waited in line for about half an hour and told the woman at the desk about the room being dirty and the reason I request to have a room on the first floor as my husband has health problems. She gave us a room on the first floor, saying that they got the rooms confused. When we went to the new room, we discovered there was no soap, only towels for one person (there were 3 in our party), TV did not work, telephone did not work, smoke detector was also not working. I tried calling the front desk from my cell phone several times and finally got someone. Told her of my request, she said she would send someone with what we needed. We never got anything, so I walked down to the front desk and she said she could not help us since she could not leave the front desk, She said she noted our request and put it on the list since the people she calls for these things work on-call and take requests in order. What??? Anyway, we never got our soap and towels. When I tried to lie down in the bed to get some sleep, I found that there was no blanket - just a sheet! I could not sleep! Since I didn't get the first request honored I knew it was useless to request a blanket! At "breakfast" we got surprised by a half naked woman in a crop-top t-shirt and underwear (like it was her own home). The "breakfast" was subpar.

Liked: Location, friendliness of staff
Disliked: Stayed 3 days and had trouble getting towels replaced and toilet paper. The housekeeper said put dirty ones in the hallway but took several hours to get new ones. Had to dry off with my nightgown. Not cool.

Disliked: That there were no standards of occupancy, riff raff, inconsiderate guests, the place is ghetto af! It needs a serious rehab and policies of guest conduct! Rules against disturbing the peace and discipline for the kids!

The stay was dirty and...

Liked: There is nothing I liked about this hotel
Disliked: The blankets and sheets has stains on them there was no toilet paper in the bathroom I asked the service could they assist me they said they had no access to the facilities to give me clean sheets or blankets and I had to talk to the manager in the morning I talked to the manager in the morning they said that I couldn't they couldn't do anything I deserve a refund
