Excellent...very...very ..excellent.

Liked: Your staff...each shift were superior...Even in the background while they were just with each other..( no business taking place) they were kind to each other....never heard a vulgar word..just good sounds AND TRULY this matters even when people think they dont care.
Disliked: Out the back door...though it was totally the fault of guests ..their smoking table was just toʻ close to tbe door..It was a little uncomfortable.. HOWEVER...This is not your staffs fault...perhaps management should "manage" this better

Disliked: There were many people loitering around the parking and building after 10 pm. The back door was propped open with a rock questioning security. The rooms were old, damaged and stained.

Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast, great customer service and friendly staff. The pool time was reasonable and clean. All around an enjoyable stay.

It was a great day...

Liked: The staff was really friendly towards us. We brought our dog and the staff loved the dog and was very nice to my grandkids also. We ended up getting the room there because my air conditioning went out on those really hot days we had. And I’m glad we did because we had a great day And it was wonderful. They had a great time in the pool.

Disliked: It was loud all night. People opening the doors and slamming them. Our phone in our room didn’t work. I was up all night because of the noise.The WiFi was terrible I couldn’t watch anything or get online

Disliked: Tolitseat was broken when we arrived notified the front desk never got fixed talked to manager she said it was on her list stayed for 3 days without a seat
