Stay… What stay… I didn’t...

Disliked: There wasn’t a smoke detector in my room , only a hole in the ceiling and wires hanging out the ceiling where the smoke detector should be. The room had a musty old foul smell to it. The pictures that were on the website looked “NOTHING” like what inside the hotel.. the door to my room dragged and you had pick it up and close it. The doorway to the bathroom and room had duct tape on it to keep the carpet from coming up. The toilet paper roll was hanging on for dear life. When I brought the issue about the smoke detector up to the front desk clerk, her response back was oh the maintenance person hasn’t getting around to it yet I responded back by saying then why would you rent a room out to someone without a smoke detector in it? That’s a health hazard, the room wasn’t clean. The shower was nasty and dirty.

Excellent...very...very ..excellent.

Liked: Your staff...each shift were superior...Even in the background while they were just with each other..( no business taking place) they were kind to each other....never heard a vulgar word..just good sounds AND TRULY this matters even when people think they dont care.
Disliked: Out the back door...though it was totally the fault of guests ..their smoking table was just toʻ close to tbe door..It was a little uncomfortable.. HOWEVER...This is not your staffs fault...perhaps management should "manage" this better
