Close to everything; fridge in room; comfy bed and friendly staff. Had a great experience.

Disliked: Property is in disrepair. The chairs behind the front desk looked as if they were picked up off of the street. Carpets in need of replacing. The water in our bathtub was constantly running at a slow pace when we checked in. I called the front desk and was told he would "leave a message for maintenance." We weren't offered another room and no one ever came to fix the issue. My wife found a pair of sunglasses lying on the floor by a chair: evidence that that hadn't properly vacuumed.

Updated wall outlets

Liked: I really loved the updated wall outlets by the bed. I loved the clean room. There was plenty of parking when I checked in at night, and the hotel was easy to get too.
Disliked: The shower rod in my room was coming off the wall, but it was not that big of a deal as I hung my wet clothes above the toilet.
