Liked: Location and overall condition, very clean. The last 6 years we have made it a point to stay at Baymont properties.
Disliked: Checked in around 5 pm. there was a group of 5 checking in ahead of us, a bit noisy. 6 pm. we heard doors slamming a dog barking and children yelling, being close to the front desk thought the manager would look after it, WRONG! lasted till about 3 AM.

Liked: Location, comfortable beds, clean, allows pets for a fee which is not stated on Booking.com advertisement.
Disliked: The room hadn't been used in a long time. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INSPECTED AND CLEANED THE MILDEW WITH AN OZONATOR. Musty wet carpet outside the bathroom door around the wall next to the bed. We used our Lysol and sprayed the area, room. And air conditioner with it,, then dried as much as we could. Toilet would not flush, and a leak was somewhere. We were told the plumber just went home. Then they offered a different room We needed a special needs room because I was just recovering from a knee replacement from The Cleveland Clinic in Ohio and we were all set up in this room. On our way out in the morning, the manager gave us a credit for our pet fee.

Liked: Staff was friendly. Loved room set up king plus 2 queen beds were perfect. Quiet.
Disliked: Noone at front desk when we arrived. Called phone multiple times and no answer. Also 2 out of 3 staff members were not wearing masks. A few bugs in the room. Room dusty, floors not clean.

Will not stay there again.
Liked: No breakfast!! Only coffee, corn flakes & pastries.
Disliked: If booking.com had informed me the indoor pool was closed I would not have booked.The motel needed updating, beds were hard as a brick. I had booked 2 deluxe rooms only one was. the location was good that`s about all I can say. Booking.com disappointed me, I have used them many times in the past. may consider using someone else.
