Two hours to check in; room was ready at 5pm and was filthy; A/C didn't work; window was shattered; could go on; you couldn't pay me to stay there again.

Liked: The hotel was clean. The space was good. Parking lot was nice.
Disliked: They got one staff at the front desk who lacks good customer service . She has no courtesy .

Disliked: No hot water,breakfast was terrible and staff was arguing in front of my kids .Also the pool room and water freezing .So cold my kids are currently sick from staying yesterday.

Disliked: There was nothing I don’t like about the property. Only one suggestion could we get an ice machine and vending machine somewhere on the other floors.
