Liked: Location was great, didn’t have breakfast
Disliked: Room smelled stale, water pressure was very low in sink. I didn’t use shower because there was a used bar of soap in tub. Tub looked clean, room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Disliked: The parking lot was packed full and hard to get in and out of.Getting toilet paper was a whole issue, even if you did ask to have room cleaned, and you had to ask.

I like this location and...

Liked: Nice clean room and great breakfast bar.
Disliked: I was on the first floor. I am a light sleeper and I had someone right above my room that kept me up half the night with loud periodical noise. When I got up early I noticed only 3 vehicles in the back of the motel. With so few people I don’t understand why you would stack us that close causing this problem.

Liked: This hotel exceeded my expectations and I had a lovely one night stay here, despite I was there for business and ended up having to stay in Dothan for the night due to it not being completed as planned, but this hotel turned my perspective around as I winded down from the day in the peaceful, clean, and spacious room. I had everything I needed and more. Customer service was superb and they were very helpful in assisting with my printing needs. Parking was hassle free and they even had a nice gazebo area to use for a breath of fresh air. I’ve stayed at another more expensive place previously while in Dothan but it was no comparison to this affordable gem. I had to rush out for a morning meeting but was able to pop in for breakfast that I enjoyed on the way. Thank you all for your hospitality and aesthetically pleasing establishments from the lobby to the room!
