Baymont by Wyndham Denver West/Federal Center

Liked: Great location and the room for the most part was clean. We asked for a room with a spa bath and it seemed to be a bit dirty. I ended up cleaning it myself before using it.
Disliked: The hot breakfast was often cold and we always needed to reheat the food. Also, we used the hotel shuttle to take us to dinner - the driver and two of the hotel employees were extremely unprofessional!

Disliked: No pool available, had to wait for the room to get cleaned. Bathroom fan very loud. Staff was a little nice.

Pleasant

Liked: Large room with couch and seating area. Good breakfast which was more than the usual continental fare.
Disliked: No elevator so carrying bags up and down the stairs wasn't easy especially when combined with the long hallway. The carpets and AC are old and in need of updating. AC smelled musty.

Liked: The staff were great. So friendly and helpful with all my questions. I was greeted within 10 seconds of my arrival. Breakfast was fresh and good.
Disliked: The odd smell in the hallways and stairs

The Help made it worth...

Liked: Everything else went well.
Disliked: They had an issue with their plumbing and I had to be moved to another room. The toilet didn't flush. It had no power. The bathtub was also really old and needed to be replaced. The new room was terrific. I did use the toilet in the lobby and it had the same issue. I only peed so its not good if a toilet doesn't have the power to llush just pee. I really think they need a professional plumber to check out the whole system. Something is wrong. And the help are not trained as professional plumbers. The help was excellent :)
