Liked: Great location and the room for the most part was clean. We asked for a room with a spa bath and it seemed to be a bit dirty. I ended up cleaning it myself before using it.
Disliked: The hot breakfast was often cold and we always needed to reheat the food. Also, we used the hotel shuttle to take us to dinner - the driver and two of the hotel employees were extremely unprofessional!

Nice price. Comfortable and great...
Liked: Price and staff.
Disliked: I CANT THINK OF ANYTHING THAT COULD MAKE IT BETTER DUE TO THE COVID. BUT MORE FOR BREAKFAST AND THE USE OF THE POOL WOULD BE NICR. MAYBE NEXT TIME.

Liked: There was no breakfast served.
Disliked: Your housekeeping staff were friendly, however. The Front office staff was rude and very unfriendly. I was satisfied with the room.

Horrible experience with un-announced rules/changes...
Liked: The grassy slope just around the corner from the back door and the daughter of another family staying at the motel provided a place for some good self entertainment for our grandson.
Disliked: Didn't like being required to pay an un-announced $100.00 cash deposit in addition to paying for the room with my debit card, especially since my husband and I rarely carry that much cash and we don't have a credit card to use at the ATM in the lobby to access cash. Luckily for us, our daughter was with us and was able to get the $100.00, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to use the room, but would have still had to pay for it since it was after deadline for being able to cancel the reservation for free. THEN, as I was leaving the lobby to go outside to get ideas from my family on what to do, an employee rushed in through the doors with signs on them saying clearly to not enter without wearing a COVID-19 mask, and she wasn't wearing one!!! She was holding one and starting putting it on AFTER she passed me and got half-way across the lobby!!! I'd gotten outside and taken my mask off when I decided to go back in to ask why employees didn't have to follow their rules about mask-wearing, but customers/guests still had to follow their rules about an un-announced $100.00 cash deposit??? They said it was to cover the possibility of needing to cover damage, and that if the room was fine before we left, we would get our deposit back in full in exchange for the receipt the next AM. We did take the room for the night, but when we checked out the next morning, the clerk at the front desk gave us back our full deposit in exchange for the receipt, without the slightest effort to check out our room for damage!!! I asked why, and he said that it would be necessary "for people like us"... What did THAT mean? Age and race reverse profiling? We don't need to have any special priviledge extended to us because we're an older caucasian couple. Either have rules and enforce them, or don't have them at all. I won't stay there again. PLUS no prior notice given that NO BREAKFAST would be served. SHOULD have received $5.

This hotel needs major cooperation...
Liked: The only part I liked was the friendly male staff that was there when we checked out
Disliked: I was a little worried when I first pulled in and had my son stay with family as I didn?t feel it was safe for him Other guests and the area seemed a little sketchy I then waited for like 5 minutes before a female staff walked in from outside smoking who appeared to be high on drugs helped check us in she was nice but her makeup was smeared and just appeared to be high. Then the other guests were of questionable character and engaged in questionable activities. When we went to bed guests in the room across from us started yelling and cursing slamming the door beyond a reasonable amount of times yelling up and down the halls so many times I felt uncomfortable and stood at my door watching through the peep hole to make sure they weren?t coming to our door. It seemed to be under renovation but tile broken in bathroom wallpaper stapled or falling off the walls in hallways

Disliked: the pool was closed and the breakfast was scaled down to nothing more than some muffins and coffee. This should have been told to us before we booked the hotel. My kids were looking forward to a pool. Understanding that it may have been closed due to Covid, however , this should have still been verbalized.

Liked: I made Reservations for three nights. When I arrived I had no reservation then we had me for the following night! reservations for three nights. When I arrived I had no reservation then we had me for the following night . I went there because I was having Surgery! It was a Disaster trip!! I will never use Booking.com again!!
Disliked: Everything! Only 2 employees were wearing a mask with the Covid !!!
