It spent a nice time...

Liked: The shuttle bus was great on time, and even changed their rules to fill our expectations.

Close to airport, shuttle was...

Liked: The shuttle was there to pick us up right when we got off the plane. Short trip from airport to hotel.
Disliked: Our toilet handle was broken, the ice machine wasn’t working on our floor and our vending machines were out of almost everything. Pillows were awful , kitchen area was dirty with limited options.

Exceptional

Greed and apathy are unattractive...

Liked: It was easy to find in the collection of hotels. Other than that it was pretty basic. Nothing remarkable
Disliked: The gross yellow liquid on the floor in the lobby. The clerk was unhelpful but I’m not sure if she could have been with my situation. Here’s why I would never stay there again. They have literally no interest in you as a customer. You are just money to them. Do not count on any kind of help from the management. Their company ethos is reflected quite clearly in the way the desk clerk responded to my predicament. When the response to my situation showed clearly how they were only interested in the money, that craven greed can’t help but echo out into other unseen corners and penny pinching tactics that are bound to compromise a guest’s experience in ways that could be potentially harmful. I have no evidence that is the case, but I certainly would not stay there again knowing how they do business. There are many large hotels in the same area. I recommend staying elsewhere.

TERRIBLE shuttle service

Liked: Good location. Comfortable bed
Disliked: Terrible shuttle service. Waited 1 1/2 hours at midnight and the shuttle never showed. Finally had to pay for a Lyft. Should have just booked a more expensive hotel as they didn't provide the services advertised.
