Misleading Hotel Information and Poor...

Disliked: booked this hotel because they advertised 24-hour reception and a free airport shuttle running anytime. Before arriving, my husband and I called to confirm — they told us no special request was needed and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes.We landed in Denver late at night, waited almost an hour, no shuttle showed up, and no one answered the phone. We had to pay $50 for a taxi.The front desk staff gave no explanation and even told us they “don’t manage Booking.com reservations.” The manager wasn’t available until late the next night, but we had to check out by noon — completely useless.This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I believe Booking.com should stop advertising this property to avoid misleading others. Awful experience!

Liked: Location
Disliked: I asked for a wake up call and didn’t get one. I asked what happened next morning and all she could do is say “I wasn’t here”. Air con is dirty and made me cough all night until I turned it off.

Liked: Nothing. Does not hold its value with the pricing.
Disliked: The coffee machine was broken. When reported, the staff was so casual asking me to use the breakfast coffee which cold. Also, It has some real time issues with the billing. Trying to charge unnecessarily again and again until I have blocked my Credit Card.

Liked: Breakfast was good in that there was scrambled egg, as I am coeliac continental breakfasts are useless. Location is great, plenty on restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Perhaps more fruit at breakfast.
