Hotel was old and needs updated. I could see the hallway between the door and frame! Door was so flimsy that someone could've kicked the door in. We slept on top of the covers due to fear of bedbugs. I wanted to leave but I had already checked in and was afraid I wouldn't get a refund. Needless to say we will NOT be back!

Disliked: The pictures on the booking look like they were took. 20 years ago . showed a hot tub and it did not. Was very dissatisfied.

Liked: Room was large, beds were comfortable. Chairs were nice. Refrigerator kept food cold. Microwave was good.
Disliked: The jaccuzi was out of order and there was a sign that the exercise room was closed because the equipment didn't work. Also, the pool water was too cold.

Would not recommend staying here
Liked: Nothing, it was horrible. Everything was broken and smelled like pot.
Disliked: Everything. The locks were broken, we felt extremely unsafe and left.

don't waste your money and...
Liked: location because it was close to the Ohio Wesleyan University where are meetings and events were
Disliked: For starters the bathroom sink and vanity were in the bedroom so you could not use the sink and lights if the other person was asleep which was very inconvenient since I was sharing the room. The toilet and the bathtub were separate so you could close the door luckily.The room was barely clean and the bathtub we cleaned before taking a shower because it had hair and dirt in it.There was damage around the room that looked so unattractive and it was clear there had been a lot of water damage over the past becuase the floorboards were peeling and baseboards were coming off. In the bathtub the bars to hold towels had been reattached so many times they must have wasted tubes of caulking..We were there 3 nights and never once had room service. We asked the front dest to please have our room cleaned for the the third night but that never happened, and the maids told the front desk they had cleaner our rooms. I had them come to the room to show them nothing and been done..We had to ask for clean towels, coffee, cream rinse, soap, kleenex. It was very disappointing. We were told that they were short staffed and the hotel was sold out. Not a good excuse in my book, very poor planning on their part and not what you would tell a customer.They obviously did not prepare well and everyone I knew who was at the meetings at Ohio Wesleyan who were staying at the Baymont were very disappointed. They charged a lot for these rooms and provided zero service.
