Disliked: The stay was awful and I filed a complaint and sent pics to Booking.Com weeks ago. The room was filthy and half clean. AC vents full of dust. Mattress bad spots. Curtains should have been thrown away a long time ago and they were filthy with trash behide them and in the sliding door tracks. We changed rooms twice because the first room door didn't lock properly and we felt unsafe. Booking has reached out to y'all and y'all haven't replied with any type of agreement. It's sad when a guest has to go buy cleaning supplies to clean y'all rooms. I'll never book there again. That hotel is running to the ground. I should have been gotten a refund or something

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that the place was extremely dirty You put a towel on the floor and just wipe it across and it comes up black also cockroaches

Disliked: Lack of customer service. No personality. Asked for ground floor for.my wife with bad knees, he runs card and then tells me 244. That's not first floor. One room key. Why not two. Asked for receipt and was informed printer was down. Next morning... wife was excited about a cup of coffee and continental complimentary breakfast. She enters breakfast area, tje.coffeenirns say Sorry OUT OF COFFEE. WHAT???? THAT'S INSANE. AND there was a couple.of slices of bread out. Absolutely,positively the worst ever. That's okay though, the.bath water ran constantly, so we called it our waterfall... just absolutely horrible. And they made us give them a 100 deposit. FOR WHAT?

Liked: They had continental breakfast but I booked my room to booking.com and I got the room for $67 which I thought was a pretty good deal but I never seen where it said you had to have $100 deposit so I paid online $67 for my bro when I got to the office of the motel front desk I told him I did not have $100 they told me that I did not have a room after I've already paid for it and there was nothing said until I got to the motel and they wanted $100 so all in all bad experience.
Disliked: Well when they give me my money back for the room that I paid for that I did not get to use that will be about the only happy thing that happened while I was there.
