Worst stay ever!

Liked: The only thing that I can say, was the location was great for our trip purposes. The night check in associate was very nice and friendly.
Disliked: The room had mold in the shower, mold on the curtains in the room, wires sticking out of the wall, no shower curtain but holes where a rod used to be, the swimming pool was “under construction “ which was not advertised! It was absolutely not worth the money and had it not been so late we would have found another hotel! This was the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed at! The daytime clerk was not very nice and acted like he hated his job! There were so many people in the lobby complaining that my husband and I just walked out.

Liked: Nothing. This property is horrible. Avoid at all cost.
Disliked: Everything. The front office isn't to bad. The breakfast area on the other hand is like the rest of the property. Very nasty and unclean. Waffle maker looked as if it had never been cleaned. The only thing they serve is waffle, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, bagel, muffins and toast. Juice and coffee for beverages. The property says nothing about construction until u leave are away from the office. Then there are signs saying excuse our dust while we remodel. The only thing being remodeled. Is the pool and hot tub that are not usable. Yet it even says on the map they give you at the front desk. After complimentary breakfast guest can enjoy a dip in the pool or hot tub. The actual buildings the rooms are in are very run down and actually quite dangerous. Not somewhere kids should be. The rooms are not cleaned even a basic clean just fix the beds and mayb sweep and mop the floor. The beds where covered in burn holes the walls hand nasty hand prints with runs down them on the head boards. The shower wasn't even rinsed much less cleaned. Only the top of the seat was mayb wiped on the toilet. The sink was atleast wiped. The balcony was never ever cleaned. The ground very sticky as well. Just very unclean and very unbothered about it. I picked this hotel for one reason pet friendly last minute. It said $20 a pet for my stay. I get there and the check in associate tells me $60 for my 2 dogs for 2 nights. I said wait thats not what it said when i booked. He responds o ok well it will be $30 for both dogs total. I said ok. Then while checking out I hear a new arrival ask what the pet fee is and the weekend guest associate (Paul) says $25. So i immediately ask wait whats the pet fee? He waited till she walked out and says she agreed to $25 otherwise it is normally $15. I immediatly said o ok i see what yall are doing yall make up the fees as you want. Yes it was my fault i was sort of last minute and wanted our pups to join us on our trip.
