Liked: The customer service was ridiculous, and humiliating, the hotel is infested with Bugs, bed bugs to be exact, unclean towels, and poor communication skills, my purpose for sharing such is because they expect for not to say anything- so the activity is welcomed,, Nasty, Nasty, Nasty, should be closed down due to its neglect of property, poor guest and. Customer services
Disliked: The way we were talked too, and the poor communication, along with infested bugs and ants at this location
