Disliked: The pool was down. We were looking forward to using it but understood the reason why.

Disliked: Room smelled like cat urine so bad. Air conditioner was full of dirt. The whole place needed an up grade.

Liked: Check in and out was easy.
Disliked: Water Leaks everywhere, including the elevator, the minute it started raining the leaking started. This place attract less desirable customers but is marketed as a more higher end hotel. People getting transported out for Dug Overdoses is always a bad sign. This is a hotel in the bad part of town but not priced that way.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: When I booked the pet friendly room, I asked for first floor. I didn't know it was 2 different hotels in 1 building. And the one I booked, a pet friendly hotel, started on the third floor. It was very difficult on my older dog who doesn't do stairs and doesn't like elevators.

Disliked: The room was stuffy and had a damp smell.
