Disliked: The pool was down. We were looking forward to using it but understood the reason why.

Liked: We left for work early, the guy wouldn’t let us turn on the lights until 6am. Coffee was ready but he wouldn’t bring out any cream and sugar until 6. Also when I checked out the first weekend I left a pair of jeans and a flannel on the shelf exiting the room. When I checked back in one day later they said it was not in lost and found and not in the room.

Liked: The hotel itself was not the problem. The staff is absolutely amazing. I didn’t stay my son and I because Booking.com says that there is a swimming pool and hot tub here which is exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to swim and we get to the hotel and come to find out there is a pool and hot tub there under maintenance right now so false advertisement booking.com take that shit off of heregive me my money back
Disliked: Booking.com is what I don’t like about that property. Get your shit together.

Liked: Nothing this place has cockroaches and I am requesting a refund!
Disliked: This place was nasty they have cockroaches

It was alright.

Liked: We stayed for 2 nights and when we got to our room, there were dead bugs in our window sill that we had to brush into the garbage and when we were walking in the hallway there was a big bug scurrying on the wall. We booked this hotel for the pool and there was no warning that the pool and hot tub were shut down until we were already checked in. On our final day the elevator broke down with people in it.
