Guest services needs customer service training. Guests entering the hotel or exiting should always be greeted.

Needs to do better.
Liked: The bed was comfy.
Disliked: I was originally told they could accommodate a bleach allergy. The day before we were to arrive they called and said it was not a possibility and insisted we cancel the reservation instead of asking how they could accommodate it. Due to the late notice we had no other choice but to keep the reservation. This is the first hotel I've ever been told they could not do so. When we arrived we were told the 1 elevator in the sold out hotel was not working. We had to climb 4 flights of stairs after being in the car for over 8 hours. The elevator did not work the entire stay and no suggestion for accommodations. The breakfast was not replenished fast enough to deal with the rush and smelled burnt. The dining area was not cleaned or kept up so we ended up leaving to get food at another place. Lastly, the toilet paper was 1 ply.

Had an adventure here but...
Liked: Some staff were great only one staff was the problem other than that good staff.
Disliked: Elevator was not working and had to use stars up to the 4th floor had to stay an extra night because of that because my daughter has a disability but the manager David was great worked with me and resolved everything with respect and kindness. And since we communicated well everything was resolved.

Liked: What I like about the property was the cleanliness of the place and friendly staff. The breakfast was also good. Not much to choose from but it was decent. I enjoyed my stay and can’t complain.
Disliked: What I didn’t like about my stay here was that I had no towels in my room. When I went down to ask for towels they said that they didn’t have any and they were all dirty so they gave me pool towels. Which I didn’t like. Another was as I was adjusting my temperature in my room a roach had came out from behind them thermostat and I was disgusted. So I wasn’t happy about my stay.

Nice, cool, and comfortable
Liked: What I liked was the cleanliness of the hotel. Lobby, hallways, and rooms. Friendly staff at the front desk. I also liked the ice machines and vending machines they had available especially when arriving late.
Disliked: I don’t think I had an issue at this property.

Liked: So upsetting.. Awful experience of my life. The elevator was not working, the pool was dirty, the washers weren't working and the breakfast area was dirty. The restroom in our room felt like it was going to fall to the first floor. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. David Brown was the general manager and he did not want to work any kind of discount deal with us. SMH.
