Guest services needs customer service training. Guests entering the hotel or exiting should always be greeted.
Disliked: Staff very unfriendly.

Thieves
Liked: I booked 2 rooms for two nights but had to cancel one room immediately because my daughter wasn't able to come, i bought the insurance and all, i only check in one of the rooms, the hotel manager says they still gonna charge for one night for the other room that i didn't use, but its been 3 weeks now and they still don't want to return the remaining balance, i called booking.com and they say they keep emailing the hotel but they're not responding.
Disliked: They holding on to my refund and refuse to correspond with me or booking.com

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't good. There are not many options, The waffle maker was broke, and the toaster was broke. The elevator was broke. Alot of things needs updated.

Liked: Location was easy to miss/related to the construction
Disliked: The elevator was scary thought it was going to stop working and the hotel has a musty smell down by the breakfast room and front desk
