Guest services needs customer service training. Guests entering the hotel or exiting should always be greeted.

Disliked: Staff very unfriendly.

Disliked: Breakfast was cluttered. Kids making their own plates making a mess.

Roach Hotel

Liked: Sheets and towels were clean.
Disliked: Roach/bug Infested. My 1st night there, while sitting up in bed, I saw small bugs crawling on the table by the bed. I killed at least 5 of them, but some got away. You can imagine, now it's difficult to sleep because I fell bugs were going to crawl on my pillow and the on me. The fridge was not cold, it was warm...in which tiny bugs crawled on the outside and inside. Then I saw a roach crawling on the wall behind the TV. I complain, they move me to another room. The entire mirrored closet door was missing...then I look on the floor, and there was a huge waterbug/roach dead. I immediately checked out and demanded a refund....which I have yet to receive.

Liked: Clean sheets and towels. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: Roach/bug Infested. On my 1st night there, on the night stand, next to the bed, I killed at least 5 little crawling bugs on a white napkin so that I could take pictures and show the front desk. The fridge was warm, not cool, in which more crawling bugs inhabited that area and inside and out. Plus there was a roach crawling on the wll behind the t.v. That night I couldn't sleep in fear of bugs crawling on me. I complain, they move me to another room which was missing the entire mirrored closet door. I turn around only to find a huge waterbug/roach dead on its back. I immediately checked out and demanded a refund.

Liked: I disliked that my room was infested with roaches, the room was generally filthy, other than the beds. The chair was stained all over, the floor boards were tearing off the wall, there were cracks in the bathroom mortar, there were smears of unidentifiable things on the walls. It smelled like a roach infestation.

Roaches in the first room...

Liked: The breakfast was tasty & you could tell fresh as I kept seeing the breakfast bar being stocked. I liked how local and close to everything the hotel was
Disliked: There were roaches in our original room. On the night stand, in bathroom, on the tv stand where the cups were. We then moved to another room and the coach was tore up with rips all over them and stains covering the entire thing. We made our kiddo sleep in our bed with us because we did not feel comfortable with her sleeping on the couch
