Liked: Very clean; nice staff.
Disliked: I like a very dark room and the curtains on the window were not long enough.

Liked: The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: I wanted to laundry and went to purchase the soap from the vending machine. I put in the coins and pushed the coins in but no soap was dispensed. I went to the lobby and told the 2 staff about the problem but they tell me to find the manager about the problem the next day. I was surprised as the staff should be the one keeping the manager informed if there’s any issues as I have a whole day planned for sightseeing.
