Liked: I felt the breakfast wasn't worth the advertisement. However the coffee was fresh. The room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful
Disliked: I did notice that the hallways and stairs to the pool looked like they needed a good vacuuming

Liked: They double charged my credit card. Now I had to file a dispute. I have a receipt showing the amount I paid but they also charged me 108 dollars as wrll. Both charges are from Wyndhsl Cornelia. I will ho to our state AG as wrll if need be. No threat just fact.

Liked: It was close to where we were going for a funeralManager comped pet fee because room smelled so bad & housekeeping wasn’t available nor were other rooms to change to
Disliked: The smell in room was really bad-manager gave us febreeze to use because he had no other room available for us to change rooms. Pillows were very small and lumpy. Very small strip of grass in front of parking lot was only place for puppy to go potty on.

Liked: Very little. The price is about all I can come up with.
Disliked: We had a giant Crack in our bedroom ceiling and a noticeable bow was forming. Our shower had clearly not been cleaned in some time. There was scump and build up everywhere. They only came to clean once in 4 days. And all they did was take the towels. Nothing for trash or beds or floors. And they did not replace said towels. We had to go find some from friends also in hotel, because when we asked the front desk they said they hadn't washed them and it could be hours. The breakfast was barely anything. A waffle maker with nothing to put on waffle, stale bread, stale old coffee, and nasty juice. There is no laundry service, no gym, and they dont use the pool heater because "its warm outside"...yea well the INDOOR pool is barely 60 degrees. Didn't use it once. There was mold on the window, around the ac, and around the toilet. And my personal favorite..upon arrival we found pills on the floor (which if they had cleaned they would have vacuumed up before our arrival correct?) When typing it into Google we learned it was oxy. Our friends a couple rooms away also found pills on their floor. Our last night there we had to call the front desk because two people down the hall decided to get into a physical altercation. The manager came up, knocked on the door, no one answered, so he went back downstairs and let them continue fighting. Also, no ice at all. Doors broken off machines, wiring hanging. And you can see the 20 years of mold and debris build up inside machines with broken doors. We were in room 219. We had our softball team there. They were in rooms 205, 211, 212, 224 and 4 other rooms I can't remember. 2 being on the first floor. All of us experienced the same issues. Just NASTY.

Disliked: Pool area was very rough. Advertised heated pool but water was ice cold and wouldn’t turn heater on. Advertised work out room but it was a storage room. Every ice machine was broke. Towels all had stains mirror was falling off the wall. Room door Security lock was broke. Only reason we stayed was because we they wouldn’t refund us our money and booking.com is the hardest to contact anyone with our issues
