Liked: Easy access, cleanliness great, quiet in the building (unfortunately could hear the interstate traffic, but understandable), pool was a big hit with the grandaughter, staff very welcoming. Highly recommend!!
Disliked: Room toilet was very low to floor. Husband is almost 6ft and had difficulty sitting down and especially getting back up.

Liked: The ladies at the front desk were awesome! Made check-in a breeze. The room was very nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Room not accessible as advertised...

Liked: It was clean and staff very accommodating.
Disliked: I thought that I was renting a 2 bed accessible room. Only, to be told upon arrival that they only had 1 kingsize bed w/handicapped bathroom. The room was advertised by booking.com as accessible. The bathroom in the room assigned (conf. #4681728080) was extremely small and I was unable to get my walker in to room in order to use bathroom. (Unable to walk and get around without a walker.) Plus, there was no way to get into shower. Plusthe tub needed plunging. My son said the water backed up into tub and tub was not able to be cleaned to take a shower. called Booking Customer service but could not get through because i couldn’t remember 4 digit code. Would appreciate talking to someone regarding compensation for all the inconveniences. Telephone #734-730-1124. Room assigned was 321.
