Not as expecited/advertised.

Liked: It was extremely quiet, and once we remade our bed we slept very well. The room was also nice and clean.
Disliked: The room was advertised with pictures of a spa bath. The bath we had in our room was damaged and dirty. Our sheets were also dirty and when mentioned to front desk, they had no help so they provided the sheets and we changed our own beds. During the night a perfume from the hall filled the room so the next night we covered the bottom of the door with towels. The waffle machine at breakfast was broken.

Liked: We did not stay after getting off the elevator and smelling so much crack smell drugs we walked in the room to a huge stain in the middle of the bed toilet had poop on it tub was nasty so nothing

Off to a good start......

Liked: The 2nd shift girl was amazing at check in. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We were off to a very good start. Prices were good at the moment.
Disliked: I have stayed in a lot of hotels. No, I did not complain. This was a short stay. We checked in and left for our event. When we came back to the hotel we were so exhausted, it was late. I just peeled the blanket off of my bed and tried to ignore the problem. We had to be up early for travel.The room... Ugh. Blood spot on my top blanket, looked like everything was wiped down with a dirty rag, hangers flipped all different ways (mirror too dirty too).The bathroom... Towels were not in the best shape, the sink stopper had been down in the sink with water in the sink, mold around the bathtub, paint or caulking in the bathtub floor stained, shampoo conditioner and body wash containers were moldy, worst of all it looks like a previous guest must have had a dog locked in the bathroom. There were scratches and bite marks all on the back door beside the bathtub not sure what that was about. Hall... Second floor hallway definitely no air. Elevator... No air in the elevator. Definitely feels like it may need maintenance. Again looks like a wet dirty rag used to wipe down elevator walls. Elevator floor dirty and possibly moldy as well.Safety... People hanging around the outside all hours. Even though this sounds terrible I'm not some crazy Karen. I always try to see beauty through everything but this was a hard one.

Just awful. I would NEVER...

Disliked: - [ ] Smoke detector going off in room. I called the front desk from the room, no one answered. I even called from my cell phone, no one answered. - [ ] Rough & dingy towels & washcloths- [ ] Moldy & dirty bathtub- [ ] Stank & sweaty hallways - [ ] Not answering the phone at the front desk - EVER!- [ ] Dirty ironing board cover - had to put a towel over it - [ ] Stain and soiled sheets and bedspread. - [ ] Filthy shower curtain. - [ ] I actually went to Walmart and purchased towels, washcloths and a sheet set to sleep on top of the bedspread because I refused to get under those sheets and covers! - [ ] I also purchased Lysol wipes and Clorox spray. My sister cleaned the shower curtain. - [ ] We actually had to switch rooms due to the bathtub situation. *My sister uses oxygen. I use a cane. The luggage cart was never available for our use. We had to walk back and forth to get our luggage to and from the room. I had even made a notation online about the room needing to be handicapped accessible. No one paid attention to it. When we arrived there was this huge moldy tub! There was no way we would be able to climb over that to wash. And besides, it was moldy and dirty.

Disliked: We entered the room to dirty floors and sheets were dirty. Housekeeping came to change the sheets but they were not folded just bunched up in his arms.
