Eh, not fully disappointed

Disliked: The room gave me motel vibes

Liked: The staff was very nice and the main area was clean at all times and the location was great!
Disliked: The bed & pillows were horrible, not comfortable at all,our shower didn't look like it was cleaned and it had a bath tub jet in it that was all stained yellow and outdated. I ended up having to clean the mirrors and tub myself. The mirror was foggy and one of them had lipstick smeared on it. We found strands of hair in the shower. I think they could do a better job with the bathrooms and the tub shower needs to be updated. The shower curtain smelled like mildew. We did not complain about the bathroom, I just asked for extra towels to clean it myself and we wore shower shoes in the shower.

Liked: Location is good with many restaurants close.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. No pool.

Disliked: The hotel was not clean at all. The toilet was too old and looked dirty. The beddings were dirty; it looked like they had not been changed for a while. They had blood stains, footprints from shoes probably, and other stains. There was trash under the bed and a used, empty bottle. Above all, the water from the faucet could not drain from the bathroom. But they fixed the last problem at least.. and some lamps were burnt out

Disliked: Bathroom had empty shampoo and body wash, tub was severely cracked/decayed. Mold and water damage on bathroom walls.
