Bad
Liked: Not much of anything when you first walked in it smelled clean.
Disliked: The bedding had to be changed right away it was dirty. There was mold under the fridge and in the ice bucket, and they couldn't replace it. Said they would come and clean under the fridge but never did. Of course I did not use.. bathroom was dirty, and the mirror was also. They need to show people how to clean.. It was disgusting

Ok, outside of the girl...
Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The girl at the front desk was rude, I am not tech savvy and she told me to do this and this and when I asked her to actually show me, she went back to her phone and ignored me. Good thing my son was there, he was more help than she was and then I get a notice that I paid for the room with my old card with a faulty chip, and it was declined. I used my bank card and kept the confirmation number and 2 weeks after getting back, I get this about the card ending in 5146. My room was paid for, don't see what the problem was.You have to realize not everyone is tech savvy and customer service is what keeps people coming back, I work at Walmart and this was very rude and disrespectful to ignore someone who is asking for help. Her Instagram was more important than helping someone who asked for help. Train the employees to at least attempt to try to help, not be so focused on their stuff, customers keep you in business and will return if they get good customer service. I don't plan to stay at that hotel again for the rudeness shown by the girl at the desk. I am a human being and paid good money for the room and deserved to be treated like a human being, not an inconvenience to her Instagram browsing. Sincerely, Kim Elseg Hurst
