Exceptional

Liked: Clean and comfortable room, good variety of breakfast provided, friendly and helpful staff

Overall was content, not happy...

Liked: The desk clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. When checking out the lady; who appeared to be in management or owner was pleasant.
Disliked: Bathroom could have been more clean and maintained (rust in tub, hair and dust, and crack/ developing hole in wall of shower. I took pictures but forgot to show the staff before I left due to an emergency). Additionally, being woken up at 2x after midnight due to someone smoking or vaping in their room (no fault of hotel), there was only 1 fruit for the breakfast and plenty of carbs; many people these days cannot eat so many carbs due to being diabetic or gluten allergy. No offering of late check out for the disruption of sleep when the alarms went off.

Ok for the price, but...

Liked: Easy to get to and price was nice.
Disliked: Selected the upgraded jacuzzi room and there is no way I would use that bath for anything other than a shower. The tub is all chipped up and looks like it is unclean even though the marks appear to be permanent chips missing. Still had to double and triple take that it was not hairs in the tub.

Traveling by myself it served...

Liked: Location is good, staff was friendly enough. They changed the sheets promptly when asked and the bed/pillow were pretty comfy.
Disliked: Our room was barely surface clean when we arrived. The sheets on one bed had crumbs and hair in them as if the bed had been remade without changing after the last guest. There was dried food on some surfaces of the furniture. One lamp was broken but it worked. The other lamp looked ok but did not work. The bathroom showed its age but everything worked.

Disliked: When we pulled up a man was being arrested right out side the doors. Checked in for a concert in town, while getting ready I found a pubic hair in the shower. On the shampoo bottle to be exact. After the concert from 230am-4am the room above us was making a RIDICULOUS amount of noise. Like they were moving furniture around. Stomping. I called the service desk 3 times to ask them to ask tenants to stop. While checking in we were told breakfast was 7-11. When infact it was only until 10am. So my children didn’t get to eat breakfast before we got on the road. When I went to check out I told the manager of all that had happened. He called me a liar about being told breakfast times. And that it was my fault because I should have reported all issues before leaving for our concert. The beds were rock hard. The floors were dirty. Like actual dirt and trash. 100% Unsatisfied.
