Disliked: Room was unkept,drawers were screwed shut, towels were not clean & used washcloth was still hanging over the shower bar, tv was broke, 1/2 toaster didn't work, juice broke. Hotel needs some major TLC. Multiple people were lurking around in the parking lot

Liked: This hotel was AWFUL. We would like our money back. Our rooms were not clean when. We arrived, there were items left behind from previous guests that were abandoned, sheets were not clean, tubs not clean, etc. pool closed for maintenance and not told.

Liked: The only good thing about this hotel is the location
Disliked: My first room wasnt cleaned, bed sheets hadnt been changed in a while, no bed cover, overall very dirty. Arrived late after a 19 hour drive and didnt want to deal with getting a new room

Liked: The staff was very kind
Disliked: conflict between staff and a few guests which was loud in the hallways and seemed on the verge of getting violent. Once in a three day stay is an anamoly but three separate times makes for an uncomfortable experience.

Liked: The hotel was quiet. The lobby and hallways are well kept, the breakfast is nice.
Disliked: My room was fairly clean, could use some updating. The curtain sheers were coming off the rod, dresser had been screwed back together, bedding/towels are older and dingy, oval toilet seat was replaced with a round toilet seat. The carpet could be cleaned

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot to pack our bathroom bag and they were very quick to bring us what we needed. The hair dryer in the room didn't work and they got us a new one. The room was clean and quiet and attractive.
Disliked: The blanket and sheets on the bed looked quite old and worn. The sheets were not white anymore, but they were freshly clean. The bathroom towels were also quite worn. The pool area is currently being used as a storage area. No pool and no hot tub.

Liked: Location/price was good for what I was looking for.
Disliked: In room Coffee maker doesn't work, missing a hose. coffee trays are the wrong style Cheerios on the floor, and a small red piece of candy was on the bathroom floor Breakfast was missing the plastic knives one morning no plasticware the next morni
