Hotel was great for the price. Exactly what we needed. I was bummed that the room wasn't cleaned the second day but they did drop off fresh towels and an ice bucket. They just didn't make the beds or take out the trash. Not a huge deal though. I would stay here again for sure.

Disliked: The dust was so thick on the exhaust in the bathroom it didn't work the toliet clogged up we had to buy a plunger there was no latch lock the beds were so uncomfortable. The smell of people cooking and weed was over powering! They charged us an extra $40 when we got there for my 11 year old daughter when kids stay free! We will never book there again if I could have got the a refund we would have stayed elsewhere.

Horrible Service

Liked: nothing about my stay was good the only person that was nice was the first front desk person but from there it was shitty service ... the whole entire building is disgusting and not clean!
Disliked: I couldn't swim because the pool had a black ring around the whole thing inside my room the bed was badly stained there was mold growing in the bathroom I couldn't even stay the whole night because there was children running around and no one made them stop my bathroom sink also backflowed and the front desk attended tell me there was nothing he could do!

Liked: I like the indoor pool, it's a nice feature for the price.
Disliked: Continental breakfast had no hot food and bad selection, and they don't want you to take it to your room. Also disappointed there was no smoking facility available at all.

Facility was clean, the staff...

Liked: Facility was clean, staff was friendly. We did not partake of the breakfast or use the pool. The staff did not inform us of the availability and times nor was there anything posted in our room regarding same.
Disliked: We requested a room with a walk in shower. We knew that our request was not guaranteed to be fulfilled However , the only "grab bar" ( a wash cloth holder) was low and on the far side of the tub. Sadly, for an elderly guest or someone with mobility problems this made using the shower both difficult and dangerous. When we required which exterior door would be closest to our room we were directed to an exterior door several down from the lobby but were not informed that ALL exterior doors were for exit use only. It was a long and difficult walk for an elderly person with mobility issues to access the room.

Nice enough hotel but we...

Liked: It was conveniently located.
Disliked: There was no breakfast area. Evidently it was being remodeled so we were given a breakfast in a brown bag. - a piece of fruit and a granola bar. Very disappointing.

The worst hotel I have...

Liked: I did not like a thing
Disliked: I did not like a thing about this place. Rooms were dirty. Smelled like mold. Beds super hard like sleeping on the ground. Pool was closed and it was in doors. The room had dirty towels. Looked like there was blood on the walls on different area. The fridge did not work. The TV stand was broken. The room made me sick because of the mold.

Liked: I had a place to sleep.
Disliked: There was not enough staff, kids were running around banging on my door. When I informed the staff he did nothing. There were no light knobs in the bathroom, no extra blankets, the blankets had smoke burns on them. I went down for another one, but he said they were full to capacity so no extra blankets!!!!! That is crazy. And the complementary breakfast was horrible.

Liked: We were able to check in earlier without any issues. The person at the front desk was very helpful.
Disliked: There were no vent fans in the bathroom. Two of our group didn't have toothbrushes. Wish they had some in the front desk.
