We would definitely stay at this hotel again! It was a great experience and the rate was good.

Liked: From checking in to checking out was a 10. The clerk's, room, most of all safety.

After checking in to our room we were greeted with roaches. The guy at the front desk gave us a new room but I didn't sleep too well.

Liked: Customer service.
Disliked: They had roaches.

The sink was blocked; the side door did not work.

Liked: The room.
Disliked: No micowave.

Liked: Everything else was great.
Disliked: No patio chairs for the balcony.

Wonderful stay.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay, and will stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing.

Adequate.

Liked: The beds very comfortable. The rugs needed attention-many stains and gross to see. The personnel pleasant. Toilet didn’t flush completely. Requested help for toilet-waited over an hour-called and told no one available. Shortly a maid came and plunged it. She told me to hold down handle until flush completed. That worked.
Disliked: See above.

Liked: NOTHING!!!!!! The place had no power, so they couldn't check me in. He said that the power would be on at 7:30. I asked if I could wait in the lobby until power was restored, and I was denied that privilege rudely. I'm not sure if I would recommend that establishment to anyone.
Disliked: The unprofessionalism of the establishment.

Disliked: Room was dirty. Refrigerator froze everything and we had to throw out food and drinks. Staff were rude. Pool wasn't open(one of the main reasons I chose this hotel). Breakfast was activa yogurt and small muffins. Hotel was disappointing
