Best stay we've had!

Liked: Loved the atmosphere and how clean it was.
Disliked: The room did have a stain on the carpet but we know it happens so didn't question it.

Enjoyed being able to see...

Liked: Location is close to grandchildren.Also eating establishments
Disliked: During graduation time your prices tripled and was not happy about that. Ya’ll always want to know if there is any special request and never follow thru with them.

Good location just plan on...

Liked: Hotel staff was friendly and helpful when checking in and when I had questions about wifi access.
Disliked: The breakfast was on the lower quality side of free hotel breakfasts. They had sausage, biscuits, a couple waffle makers. No juice and milk was in a plastic jugs with spots.

More like a Comfort Inn...

Disliked: No coffee pot in the room, the key to both rooms I rented did not work consistently. Sometimes it took up to five minutes to get the door unlocked. We even had the key cards changed out three times. Other than waffles there was little to nothing for breakfast. I expected more from a Baymont property.

Disappointing

Liked: Location No bugs
Disliked: Room smelled of smoke and chemicals to cover those up. I requested a different room, it reeked of mildew and chemicals. Room had only one towel and no washcloths or bathmat. Fitness room with 4 pieces of equipment. The bike was not working. It has a chemical smell there and wasn’t clean or stocked with towels. The towel there had been there so long it smelled just like the room. The water cooler wasn’t working. The A/C was plugged in but not working. Pool wasn’t appealing.

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: Musty smelling room - we came to breakfast at 9:30 on Sunday and no eggs or sausage. Some sausage came out later.
