I should not have to...

Disliked: The bathroom wasn’t clean and the carpet was damp right outside the bathroom. I asked the front desk to move us to a different room and he said he would come clean the bathroom instead. He spent less than a minute and said it was done but it wasn’t, there was TP in the toilets and the toilet seat was still dirty so we went and got so wipes and had to clean it ourselves. I am not very happy.

10/10 would NOT recommend

Liked: The convenient location to the highway.
Disliked: The pool was very cold and VERY dirty. Had floating pieces all over, a huge chunk of hair by the steps. We refused to let our two small children use it which sucked because that’s why we chose the hotel. The room smelled disgusting and the microwave didn’t even work.

Disliked: Carpet filthy. No lamp at desk in bedroom and chair upholstery ripped. Dim lighting. Ring around bathtub. Mold in bathroom. Kitchenette sink drain filthy. Kitchenette cabinet door dirty. Hallway to room smelled horrible. Asked for different room and David was very kind to show me another, but it was not much better. Amazed that Wyndham would allow their name to be used for this property. I have never done a negative review, but beware.
