Facility and appearance was satisfactory...

Liked: Easy to realize it is an older building, but room was clean. The lobby area was fairly clean, but smelled of cigarette smoke. Realized later, attendant and guests smoke right outside the entrance! Location is easily accessible, parking easy to manage.
Disliked: The breakfast was lacking. First of all, the website I visited listed coffee/tea in the rooms - we find out that was not true. We were told it was because the pots were being stolen. I went down for coffee about 7:30, the attendant was sitting on the sofa, I had to ask for sweetener. No dry creamer and only flavored liquid creamer - no original! When we went back for breakfast, attendant was in the same position. Only 1 other guest eating, but the buffet and coffee area has not been wiped clean, dried spills everywhere! Attendant when we checked in said breakfast began at 5am because of the "workers/guests". leaving early. No juice, no oatmeal, no fruit, no butter for the waffles. Only "hot" items were biscuits, sausage and very lumpy, thick gravy! Not what I expected at all!

Disliked: Horrible pissy messIt was terrible..service was not great..wifi didn't work..found a full bottle of Piss left in our closet..it had roaches..breakfast was terrible..and when we ask for a refund..they said they could give us 80 dollars..mind you we paid for 2 full night's 263..we only stayed one night..at least give us for the night we didn't stay..because of the conditions we found..they didn't call us back..when they said they would.. we couldn't talk to the manager because the service desk..said the manager dont won't nobody with his number

Liked: Easy to get to, landscaping is nice.
Disliked: It was a nice stay. Check in was easy, room was clean, bed was comfy, a/c worked well, check out was easy! Realized we forgot something in the fridge and had to go back to get it and had no problems at all getting back into the room we had already check out of! Very nice staff
