Baymont by Wyndham Chicago/Alsip

Hotel could not find ny reservation but was still able to get me a room although it was more that I was quoted through Booking.com, who claim I will be charged the lower price after spending 2 hours on the phone. I have three charges on my credit card - I hope two come off.

Liked: Clean and friendly.
Disliked: Mix up on my reservation.

Friendly staff.

Liked: Quiet.

I enjoyed my nights rest.

Liked: THe front desk staff was a excellent welcome to the property. She was pleasant, accomodating and efficient. Breakfast was not worht the time, but the clean facitily, the peacefiulness and the location were a welcome reprive from the road for a night.
Disliked: Breakfast was scant, and uninviting.

Liked: The staff was very welcoming and answered all my questions.i asked for a later check out, and it was granted, Your breakfast selection is great. There was plenty for everyone, and the guests enjoyed it. Well, we did.
Disliked: You guys was sold out but i made my registration weeks early hoping I would get the room i had before this stay, did not like the first floor very noisy, the latch on door did not work properly, part missing and every time someone used the bathroom we heard the toliet running in ours and then the shower drain was bad, it was overflowing so we were forced to take quick showers

Liked: Vicky, the front desk representative was very helpful and great customer service!..😘..The manager Vivian was Great as well...😘..The whole atmosphere was fun filled and friendly.
Disliked: It was only 1bad apple out of the staff, yet she was okay!!

Exceptional

Good

Liked: Check in was easy. It was quiet. Showers worked fine. Nice breakfast served in the morning.
Disliked: The rooms are different. I was there in the beginning of July and had a comforter on the bed this time I had no comforter. Last time they gave me two sets of towels for two people this time only one set. This time the toilet flushed slow and the sink water emptied slow. The nice lady had the maintenance man fix the sink for us.

Disliked: Some of the rooms weren’t clean and inoperable and a lot of things weren’t working. I heard three guests in front of me complain about this and instead of the counter clerk helping them and they were told they have to stay in those rooms and they can’t help them.

Horrible one stay there again

Liked: The base was really broke. You couldn’t sleep on them too good. They didn’t feel good at all. Had a horrible night sleep just think y’all really need to upgrade your beds. The mattress are horrible.
Disliked: I think the breakfast was very nice. Very nice staff. Just the rooms didn’t work for me.

2nd night better than first

Liked: Professional, close to event, exercise room, clean, a/c worked to keep us cool.
