Baymont by Wyndham Chicago/Alsip

Hotel could not find ny reservation but was still able to get me a room although it was more that I was quoted through Booking.com, who claim I will be charged the lower price after spending 2 hours on the phone. I have three charges on my credit card - I hope two come off.

Liked: I booked the reservation through a Third party and the receptionist at BWA couldn't find anything on the computer which postponed our check-in an additional 2 .5 hours. We were very tired and sleepy Then the television in the room didn't work.

Disliked: Breakfast options were terrible. Danish were dry. There was a long line for waffle since that is the only half appealing item on the menu. The signs about Weed posted every where staying you can smoke outside but if you smell like it you lose your deposit. There were so many people that smelled like weed there was no way to tell who it was. Meaning, you could be wrongfully accused and lose your deposit.
