Poor
Disliked: Our room had a bed that was bare, and had pillows piled in a corner. Housekeeping must be slacking. No wonder it was so cheap! Heat was cranked to maximum and my wife couldn't really sleep.

Good enough for one night!...
Liked: Clean, easy and reasonably priced.
Disliked: We were told adjoining rooms were available upon checkin and when we checked in we were told no. We asked for rooms across hall from each other instead and that didn’t even happen.

It was a decent place,...
Liked: You get what you pay for, it wasn't overly dirty but I was glad that I brought my own blanket & pillow. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast is typical. The pool was freezing but my kids didn't care and swam both nights we were there. I would stay there again.
Disliked: Maybe the cleaners could clean more often and better.

Kid Suite well worth it.
Liked: Kid suite was not just extra beds, but set up real nice.

Best stays far
Liked: The staff was very very friendly and a pleasure it was very clean and comfortable...can't wait to stsy here again very soon
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like...if I had to pick something ...you should keep the pool open a lil later and have adult hour for the last hour

Problem with the hotel
Liked: Room layout was nice
Disliked: Always use same user Booking.com. Usually Jackson location. Always put down $100 deposit. Used same way to book at Chelsea location still using booking dot com no deposit deposit was needed room was prepaid at $135 for king suite with jet tub. Upon arrival was given room 115 There was no jet tub. Went back downstairs and said it wasn't the room I booked and he charged me an extra $45 for the room I already booked and told me not to tell his manager and put me in room 107. Everything seemed unprofessional and shady. Made me very uncomfortable paying cash after I prepaid for the room. Definitely wouldn't use this location again.
