Liked: I didn't like it at all. We found bedbugs in our rooms. So we ask for refund and didn't stay there. They gentleman ask the front accused of planting the bug. But my daughters room had sign all over the box springs. And now he telling me I don't deserve a full refund. I to reach out their Corp and they are telling me Booking.com has to refund it. I called the manager back he hung up on me. So now as right now I am out 292.56. I this doesn't get fits I will put it all over social media and I will never use Booking.com again.
