Not satisfied but dealt with...

Liked: The location, price and it had a pool.
Disliked: The room door handle felt like it was about to come off. The floors in the room looked dirty. The toilet seat was loose and I could not tighten it. The shower rod was about to fall off so the shower curtain would not stay closed. The light switch was cracked. The room was dark even when all the lights that worked were on. The light on one side of the bed did not work. The phone was not plugged in and I could not find where to plug it in. The ice machine was dirty. No housekeeping the whole time( 4 nights, 3 days) came to the room.

Horrible unsafe experience overall.

Liked: Overall presence of hotel when we rolled in was terrible. Lots of other guest hanging out smoking outside of their rooms. There is nothing to like about going to your room and my kids having to inhale smoke. Felt as if many prying eyes were "watching us" check into the hotel.
Disliked: Rooms where filthy and obvious updated, if you call putting new modular furniture in a disgusting room an update. Black mold in bathroom and tub did not drain well at all.

Liked: Good location, breakfast was fair.
Disliked: First 3 days our room keys quit working.

Disliked: a lot of people hanging out around the place making it a scary place to be alone. the room smelt like smoke.

Disliked: Put us in the wrong room upon arrival, then moved us to another room (after we had carried all our luggage in). The shower in first room was spraying all over the bathroom.Not well maintained (remote didn't work) not enough towels (there was 5 of us) breakfast was not good at all (probably why it was free), found dead cockroach on bathroom floor, had to hold the handle down so the toilet would flush, rooms are very outdated. Lots of noise & smell of marijuana from other guests. Refrigerator wasn't that cold & when you opened the door it wanted to fall forward.

Horrible. Probably won’t stay there...

Liked: It was close to stores and restaurants.
Disliked: I didn’t like that when your trying to sleep you have people outside your door all hours off the night and all hours of the morning (early) fighting and arguing. I told the staff and they did their best. I was about to get law enforcement involved. Had to change rooms because of tv issues and then the other room I got was not a king room and the lights kept falling

Wouldn’t book again

Liked: The pool but it was closed the first day we were here
Disliked: The room was terrible, the tv did not work, the phone did not work, and there was mold allll throughout the bathroom

Liked: Room seemed nice on first look. Staff was very nice
Disliked: There was literal mold and mildew on the bed linens, the entire floor was greasy, the bathroom floor was clearly not swept or mopped. The door to the room didn’t shut well, we had to slam it to get it shut. The breakfast was super stale, cigarette butts all over the property, on the grass and gravel. Trash all over the parking lot not far from a trash can. We complained to the staff at checkout but they seemed uninterested in doing anything about it.
