Disliked: The hot tub in the room had holes and scratches in it, the maid staff cleaned our room and threw a bunch of stuff away that should not have been touched. The window had no screen and would not lock, easy for a child to fall out of

Disliked: There were several patrons staying there that reaked of weed. Even after complaining on the first night of the VERY STRONG smell 2 doors down from us filling the hallway, and giving the room #, nothing was ever done. Pool area had zero towels in it. Had to walk back to lobby to ask for some. Pool room was very dingy and unkempt. Do not recommend this hotel at all. Very disappointed we even paid for this.

Liked: Located off the road, a bit of a challenge to find. Pretty quiet as a result.
Disliked: For breakfast we had to find a staff member and request food items. For some reason the food was kept locked away.

Liked: Staff was extremely friendlyThe breakfast was not great. One dish of dry "eggs" you had to ask for anything out of the cooler such as milk or yogurt. The butter pads were kept in the fridge so they were hard as a rock and you couldn't use them. They had a machine that made pancakes which my kids loved. And then muffins bagels and toast. It wasn't terrible but it definitely wasn't great. The coffee was excellent!Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Towels were like hand towels they were tiny.
Disliked: The beds were hard as a rock. The hallway smells like marijuana.Bedrooms were clean hallways and stairways weren't the cleanest.90% of the things in the fitness room were broken.

A few setbacks yet generally...

Liked: I like the fact that it had a hot have and a pool and it was only 13 miles from Frankenmuth itself. I had a lot of restaurants and businesses right on the same road in front of it and i-75 north and south were right there you can get on and off the highway.
Disliked: Well I didn't like that when we got there they were still trashing our room from the people before I don't think that our floors got vacuumed and there was still remnants of the prior occupancies being in the room.My coffee pot broke or stopped working and they gave me another one plus a couple garbage bags to put our trash in but I feel like they could have done a little bit better with the cleaning up of the rooms .
