Weird check-in but comfortable stay.
Liked: Comfort and location.
Disliked: Check-in was weird, with a live person on a screen instead of a person at a front desk.People around you hear all your conversation and just weird.

Liked: Location is excellent, swimming pool is very big and clean

Disappointing
Liked: Free parking, good location for travelling in the area. Bedroom was a good size. Pool was a good size and warm temperature (June).
Disliked: Very impersonal check in system. You talk to a person on a video link, not to an actual person. Also no reception desk, apart from the video guy! Not the best way to get any issues resolved or ask for any advise. We often speak to reception desk for advise on the area, this was not something we could do with the video link. Breakfast was awful! Polystyrene plates and bowls. Plastic cutlery. No one to clean or wipe down the area, you were just left to serve and clear away yourself. Polystyrene cups which were too small for the amount dispensensed by the coffee machine and several of the small pots of milk we tried had gone off and curdled in the coffee! Choice of 3 cereal, bread and toaster, muffins, waffle mixture and waffle machine. A few yoghurt. There was no milk on one of the 2 breakfasts we went for. Had to speak to video guy on reception and request some, none appeared, so no cereal. Didn't bother with breakfast after that! Breakfast was not an appetising or filling selection, unless you like carbs and more carbs and dry cereal. Certainly no eggs, meats or choice of waffle flavours as suggested in the description (there was maple syrup for with the waffles, that's it) !House keeping only replaced the towels in the room. Made bed one out of 3 days.Things are signposted in the hotel, but not in the location signed eg laundry room signed for 2nd floor. After searching and not finding it on 2nd floor, housekeeping showed me where it was on ground floor! Ice machines signposted on 2nd and 3rd floor, but only the one on the 2nd floor is switched on and working.All in all the stay felt very impersonal, the lack of reception staff was very unusual and we didn't like it..... No idea what would happen in an emergency, didn't bear thinking about. So glad we didn't stay here for more than a few daysWe would not return.

Our expectations were met.
Liked: The Staff were friendly - the room was nice and appreciated the location to what were there for.
Disliked: Taliking to a screen and had some difficulty understanding the communications
