Liked: The staff were very accommodating . Always greeted with a smile and helped with a positive attitude.
Disliked: The facilities were quite old and out of date. The common areas ( halls, elevator, etc) were not as clean as should have been. The walls and baseboards were not clean. The fixtures in my bathroom were very old. The tub had the finish worn off in many areas and the toilet was barely functional. The lighting in the room was not adequate i.e. I had to hem a pair of pants and the only place I could find enough light was in the bathroom.

Disliked: Old and worn out Mattresses, lack of cleanliness, no drinking water, poor breakfast options, no fitness center.

Pleasant

Disliked: The room had been updated, but there were holes where old curtains had been removed. The bathroom tile had mold on the grout. The breakfast had very limited selections.

Superb

Liked: Check in and check out was easy quick and very great option for busy folksThe evening staff was very friendly and helpful even with us checking in very late
Disliked: Morning staff wasn't very pleasant Our room had empty shower soap and shampoo and no hand soap

Liked: Location and proximity to the family and friends was good. We traveled alot between different areas of the county to visit.
Disliked: The breakfast was nothing like breakfasts that I have had at other Baymonts. Our room would not close all the way. One had to push on the door to close and latch.
