This was a good value,...

Liked: Beds, pillows, bathroom, hot water all good. Microwave and fridge clean and working. Traffic noise was minimal.
Disliked: Continental breakfast underwhelming and coffee was subpar.

Not good and will never...

Liked: The bed was comfortable,we had coffee in room. Refrigerator was in our room.
Disliked: This place has weekly rentals and there was people making noice at the crack of Dawn and until midnight. Also they we remodeling a room by us and there was hammering and sawing at 7 am so we got very little sleep.

It's a dump. AVOID at...

Liked: Clean bedding, doors locked, toilet flushed
Disliked: Construction going on in lobby, dirty and noisy. No warning on site till you get there. Bathtub looked like some had taken a sander to it. Breakfast options were limited. Frozen waffle that didn't get brown in broken toaster.
